Responsibilities

• Pack, bag, wrap, mark, and form boxes or bags for production.
• Feed machines and perform table work or other production tasks as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding safety and quality.
• Recommend and implement improvements in production processes.
• Participate in departmental and corporate projects as assigned.
• Maintain regular and prompt attendance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Previous experience working with automated machinery preferred.
• Exposure to Lean Manufacturing tools preferred.
• Basic computer skills are a plus.
