Responsibilities

  • Develop, design, and edit user-generated content (UGC) for health and wellness brands across Meta and Google platforms.
  • Collaborate with clients and the internal team to conceptualize and execute creative content strategies aligned with brand goals and marketing objectives.
  • Utilize Figma to design visual content assets, mockups, and layouts for social media ads and web campaigns.
  • Leverage video editing software to create compelling, short-form videos optimized for performance on social platforms.
  • Conduct regular research and stay updated on current trends in UGC, especially in the health and wellness niche, to create fresh and innovative content.
  • Maintain a high standard of creativity and production quality while working within budget constraints.
  • Adapt to feedback and analytics data to improve the quality and effectiveness of content.
  • Contribute to ideation and content planning sessions, ensuring alignment with the broader paid media strategy.

Requirements

  • Strong background in creating engaging user-generated content, particularly for social platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Proficiency in design software (Figma and Canva) to create and design visual assets, mockups, and user interface elements.
  • Experience with video editing software (CapCut or similar) to create short, high-impact content.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, comfortable with multitasking and adapting to new challenges.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Production, or a related field.
  • A deep understanding of paid media, digital marketing, and the specific needs of health and wellness brands.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external clients.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects, and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines.
