About the position

ITM Trading is seeking a creative and experienced Video Editor to join their marketing team. This role involves editing expert interviews and content for YouTube and social media, contributing to a team dedicated to producing compelling financial content for a global audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of design and audio aesthetics, excellent communication skills, and a keen interest in financial and economic news.

Responsibilities

• Edit and design weekly long-form interviews and video content, ensuring alignment with brand tone and deadlines.
• Deliver high-quality social media videos with quick turnarounds, tailored for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
• Perform post-production tasks, including color correction, audio mixing, and b-roll, to enhance video quality and retention.
• Oversee scheduling and publishing on YouTube and other social media channels, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with producers and the marketing team, contributing creative ideas and managing multiple projects to meet objectives.
• Maintain video equipment and stay updated on industry trends to improve production quality continuously.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio.
• Bachelor's degree in communications or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• High level of expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro; experience with After Effects, Photoshop, and Riverside is a plus.
• Proficient in lighting, composition, and audio recording.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and creative flair.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and capable of managing multiple projects.
• In-depth understanding of social media platforms and video content trends.
