Full-Time Warehouse Operator Weekend Shift

About the position

The Warehouse Operator position at 3M in DeKalb, IL, is a full-time role focused on various tasks within the distribution center, including assembly, machinery operation, and packaging. The position requires working on the weekend shift from Friday to Monday, with a commitment to quality and timely delivery of products.

Responsibilities

• Work at various machines or stations assembling product or operating machinery, picking and/or packaging finished goods, and/or inspecting products
• Use computers as needed to run process operation, input data, update inventory, etc.
• Follow operating procedures and customer specifications to produce quality products which are delivered to customer on time
• Fill and process orders for shipment
• Picking and Packing Orders
• Checking for damaged or missing items

Requirements

• Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher
• Work some weekends, overtime, extended hours and holidays as needed

Nice-to-haves

• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a warehouse operations role in a private, public, government of military environment
• Demonstrated attention to detail
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills
