About the position

The Warehouse Picking/Packing position at POP Fit Clothing is a full-time role focused on fulfilling online orders in a fast-paced environment. This position guarantees 40 hours of work each week with a day shift schedule from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm. Employees will be responsible for various warehouse tasks including picking, packing, quality control, and inventory management. The role offers a casual dress code and a manageable warehouse size, making it an appealing alternative to retail jobs.

Responsibilities

• Picking Orders - Collecting items in the warehouse to fulfill orders.
• Quality Control - Checking all items to ensure they are in good condition.
• Pack Orders - Ensuring the pickers have picked the correct items for the order.
• Shipping Orders - Labeling packages and sorting the mail.
• Stocking Items - Checking SKU/size accuracy while stocking product.
• Receiving Inventory - Receiving inventory off containers into the computer system.
• Other - Performing all other warehouse tasks including inventory and supply checking.

Requirements

• Responsible, dependable, and honest.
• Must have a sense of urgency as the work environment is fast-paced.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English is required.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 40lbs.
• Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust and focus.
• Ability to move about inside a warehouse without climate control, standing and walking for up to an entire shift, year-round.
• Ability to stand continuously for long periods of time.
• Must be able to constantly position self to access product locations (stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, squat, and reach).
• Occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance.
