About The Position

The Full Time Welder position at Your Best Management Group involves fabricating parts and assemblies based on blueprints, ensuring quality and precision in welding tasks. The role is essential for maintaining the operational efficiency of the property management group, which serves various clients under Bigelow Holding Companies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• MIG and TIG welding experience is required.
• 3-G welding certification is a plus.
• Experience in plasma cutting, torch cutting, and grinding.
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints to fabricate parts and assemblies.
• Plan jobs and maintain schedule.
• Perform sawing, grinding, and all necessary prep work.
• Select proper fillers for welding jobs based on experience or project instructions.
• Conduct plasma cutting, torch cutting, and grinding as needed.
• De-bur and grind metal to achieve the proper surface texture for finishing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
