Crown Equipment Corporation is seeking a Full Year Software Development Co-Op to join our innovative team in Troy, OH. This co-op position is designed for students pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field. The role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software development while contributing to real-world projects that enhance our technology offerings. In this position, you will be responsible for writing or modifying computer programs using Java, Angular, or similar programming languages. You will participate in code reviews, ensuring that the code meets our quality standards and adheres to best practices. Additionally, you will write detailed instructions for moving code to production, collaborating closely with Business Analysts to clarify requirements and ensure that the software meets the needs of our users. As a member of the development team, you will utilize Scrum methodologies to manage your work effectively and contribute to the team's success. This co-op position is part-time and requires a commitment to work year-round for at least one year. Crown Equipment Corporation offers a hybrid remote work model, allowing you to work from home while also requiring some onsite presence. A reasonable commute is necessary to accommodate this hybrid work arrangement. Responsibilities
