The Fullstack Java Backend Developer position at HiyaMee Inc. is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mainframe Performance Tester to join a dynamic team in Omaha, NE. This role is primarily onsite, requiring the candidate to be present five days a week. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance testing, with at least three years of experience in developing and executing performance assessment needs, particularly in infrastructure and UI assessment. In this role, you will be responsible for utilizing various tools such as IBM Rational Performance Tester, Load Runner, NeoLoad, AppDynamics, and Splunk to conduct thorough performance assessments. You will work with protocols including Http/Https, APIs, XML, MQ, SQL, and ISO, ensuring that all performance testing is comprehensive and meets industry standards. Your ability to drive conversations regarding performance needs and assess documentation will be crucial in converting these assessments into structured performance reports. Collaboration is key in this position, as you will interact with Functional/QA testers, Development teams, and Business partners to create effective strategies around automation coverage, execution, and reporting. You will also be tasked with building and improving CI/CD pipelines to enhance testing and deployment processes. Embracing emerging web technology standards and familiarizing yourself with Agile and DevOps practices will be essential for success in this role. Continuous improvement will be a focus, as you will drive enhancements through all processes, including team standards, test planning, resource allocation, test execution, debugging, metric collection, and reporting.
