About the position

The Fullstack Java UI Developer will be responsible for researching, designing, and coding software development assignments within a specific software functional area or product line. This role emphasizes collaboration and flexibility, requiring a passion for software development as part of an agile product team. The developer will work closely with team members to understand complex product requirements and translate them into effective software designs, while also participating in improving development processes and coding best practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Interface with colleagues across teams to ensure project alignment.
• Develop web applications accessed by the general public and clients.

Requirements

• 7+ years of related experience in a commercial software development environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related major.
• Strong object-oriented design skills with a track record of delivering designs to market.
• Expert-level development experience using Java (8-11) and Spring Boot.
• Experience in web frameworks such as JSF and Spring MVC.
• Experience integrating with web services (SOAP/REST) and parsing JSON and XML data.
• Proficiency with Maven, Git, and continuous integration.
• Experience with REDIS and OAuth/JWT/SSO.
• Strong background with Linux operating systems.
• Strong proficiency with data manipulation language including optimization techniques.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
• Strong experience with RDBMS/SQL (SQL Server preferred).
