The DM Estate Staffing Team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support a tech CEO in a fully remote capacity. This position is designed for a senior-level professional who has a proven track record of providing exceptional support to CEO-level clientele, with a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating the complexities of a tech-focused environment and will possess a deep understanding of current AI tools and technologies, going beyond basic usage to leverage these tools effectively in their role. In this role, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing a dynamic calendar, coordinating meetings, and ensuring that the CEO's time is optimized for maximum productivity. The candidate must demonstrate strong listening and observational skills, allowing them to anticipate the needs of the CEO and execute tasks independently with minimal guidance. The ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously is crucial for success in this position. The work schedule will align with standard business hours, Monday through Friday, either from 8 am to 4 pm or 9 am to 5 pm. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $50, but it is important to note that no additional benefits are included with this position.
