We invite you to become a part of the gpac team as a Commission-Based Legal Search Consultant. In this dynamic role, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting talented legal professionals with their dream job opportunities. This position offers the freedom of remote work with flexible hours while maintaining core office hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST. At gpac, your earning potential knows no limits, with top performers taking home between $250,000 to $500,000 annually!

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive candidate searches within the legal industry using a variety of online platforms, databases, and networking channels.
  • Evaluate candidates' qualifications, legal expertise, and experience to ensure alignment with specific job openings in law firms and legal departments.
  • Cultivate and nurture a robust network of legal professionals and contacts to facilitate candidate sourcing within the legal industry.
  • Perform candidate screening and interviews to assess their suitability for specific legal roles.
  • Present qualified legal candidates to clients and coordinate interview schedules for legal positions.
  • Offer guidance and support to legal candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate journey within the legal industry.
  • Collaborate with legal clients to understand their hiring requirements and devise comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to the legal industry.
  • Skillfully negotiate and finalize job offers within the legal sector, ensuring mutual benefit for both legal candidates and legal employers.
  • Stay abreast of legal industry trends and developments to remain informed about market dynamics and evolving recruitment practices within the legal field.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in roles such as a legal search consultant or recruitment specialist within the legal industry.
  • Proficiency in sourcing legal candidates using techniques specific to the legal field, including online databases, legal job boards, and professional legal networks.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills tailored to the legal industry.
  • Ability to assess legal candidates' qualifications and match them with suitable job opportunities in law firms and legal departments.
  • Demonstrated results-driven mindset, consistently meeting or exceeding targets within the legal recruitment sector.
  • Self-motivated with the capability to work independently with minimal supervision within the legal industry.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities, essential for managing multiple legal recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software used within the legal industry is a plus.
