Responsibilities

• Support the applicant journey from first contact to onboarding.
• Promote the company brand and attract top talent through strategic marketing initiatives.
• Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Indeed.
• Research, develop, and execute social media strategies to expand audience engagement.
• Handle internal and external communications to ensure consistent messaging.
• Position yourself as a thought leader in recruitment marketing.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement recruitment and marketing initiatives.
• Assist in facilitating the recruitment process and ensure a positive applicant experience.
• Develop and execute internal marketing communications to drive referrals and retention.
• Handle sensitive organizational data with discretion.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Two years of marketing experience
• Hands-on experience managing PPC platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Demonstrable experience with recruitment marketing strategies.
• Proven creativity in developing compelling social media content.

Nice-to-haves

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with ad copywriting and campaign management across digital channels.
