Responsibilities
- Identify and develop solutions related to IVR and conversational AI.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Create business documentation such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process flows.
- Assist in system integrations and implementations related to IVR and conversational AI.
Requirements
- Experience with IVR systems and conversational AI projects.
- Familiarity with KoreAI and other conversational AI platforms.
- Background in telecom or CRM industries, ideally with IVR-related experience.
- Proficiency in creating business documentation such as BRDs and functional specs.
- Knowledge of LC/NC frameworks.
