About The Position

The Functional Consulting Solution Manager for Payments is responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive payment solutions using Oracle Banking Cloud Services. This role involves collaborating with clients to analyze their requirements, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and providing subject matter expertise in payment systems. The manager will lead the configuration of payment modules, integrate solutions with existing systems, and act as a trusted advisor to clients, focusing on continuous improvement and adaptation to market trends.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in the banking and financial services sector with a focus on payments systems and SaaS implementations.
• Hands-on experience in implementing Payments module and designing end-to-end payment solutions.
• Ability to influence customer leadership in acceptance of Oracle solutions and services.
• Demonstrated expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families.

• Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements in the payments industry.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements and design a Payments Hub solution aligned with industry standards.
• Develop end-to-end payment solutions using Oracle Banking Cloud Services Payments module.
• Lead the configuration of the Payments module to meet client-specific needs.
• Integrate the SaaS solution with existing banking systems and third-party applications.
• Provide expertise on payment systems such as ACH, Fedwire, and RTP.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on payment technology trends and compliance standards.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for client teams on system capabilities.
• Monitor market trends and compliance updates to enhance solution offerings.
