About The Position
F45 Training North Mission Viejo is seeking a certified personal trainer to join our dynamic team. As a part of the F45 family, you will play a crucial role in leading high-intensity interval group training classes, ensuring that all members receive the attention they need to perform exercises safely and effectively. Your responsibilities will include delivering instruction using F45 terminology, motivating members, and providing regressions and progressions for various exercises. You will be expected to arrive at coaching sessions well-prepared, with a thorough understanding of the day's workout and programming. In addition to leading classes, you will assist in the day-to-day management of the studio, which includes maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, attending to any injuries that may occur, and collaborating with the Studio Manager and team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals. You will also be involved in enrolling new members, assisting with promotional events, and completing member fitness appraisals and body scans. Your role will require exceptional communication skills, a positive and energetic attitude, and the ability to develop strong relationships with members and business partners. This position is part-time, with expected hours ranging from 8 to 20 per week, and may require working on weekends. You will be part of a supportive team that is passionate about improving the lives of others through fitness.
