About the position

Koniag Management Solutions is seeking a Functional Requirements Analyst / DOTMLPF-P Analyst to support government customers at the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA. The role involves analyzing and recommending portfolio priorities across the DOTMLPF-P spectrum, developing executive-level products, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance zero-trust reference architecture policies. The position requires a TS/SCI clearance and offers a competitive compensation package with extensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recommend portfolio priorities and activities across the DOTMLPF-P spectrum.
• Provide support in developing and presenting executive-level products including SES-level briefings.
• Collect and analyze data from current capability portfolios and gather inputs from government employees.
• Coordinate and participate in analysis and assessment activities to determine future requirements.
• Interface with relevant DoD and non-DoD mission partners.
• Brief analytical results to senior DoD leadership.
• Provide knowledge of current and future architecture and integration capabilities.
• Partner with Component ZTRA Subject Matter Experts to modernize historical policies.
• Develop and maintain ZTRA visibility & analytics security policy positions.
• Liaise with other zero trust reference architecture practitioners to share best practices.
• Manage commercial capabilities and future horizons with vendor management teams.
• Promote the zero-trust reference architecture business vision.
• Conduct environment scans to identify potential challenges for stakeholders.
• Promote change management plans to influence stakeholders.
• Undertake in-depth research, analysis, and coordination of strategy, policy, doctrine, and campaign assessments for ZTRA.

Requirements

• Experience working for an OSD level organization or as an executive officer to a Military Flag Officer or member of the Senior Executive Service.
• Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to uphold a strict level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Ability to take conceptual discussions and build presentations to convey messages.
• Must be a US Citizen and hold a current DoD TS/SCI Clearance.
