About the position

The Advanced Customer Support team at Oracle NetSuite is seeking a senior-level consultant with expertise in High-Tech, Services, or General Business vertical markets. This role focuses on providing technology leadership and guidance in the full life cycle implementation of large-scale NetSuite solutions, ensuring ongoing success and value for customers. The position is home-office based, requires moderate travel, and is part of a dynamic team dedicated to helping customers maximize their NetSuite investment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the identification and documentation of customers' NetSuite requirements using proprietary methodology.
• Drive the approach to remediate gaps and reach consensus with the customer.
• Make strategic design decisions while building solution and architectural recommendations.
• Work with customers to address their highest priority challenges.
• Lead customers and partners in the proper use of NetSuite leading practices, ensuring these are factored into designs for standard and customized features.
• Exhibit subject-matter expertise and collaborate with the Product organization to ensure new product features are understood and adopted by customers and partners.
• Architect solutions for complex business requirements, including configuration, integration, and technical components, in partnership with the Technical Services team.
• Define detailed functional requirements for automations, integrations, and data migrations.
• Collaborate with the technical team to design and unit test automations and integrations.
• Perform quality reviews of work developed by other team members.
• Continue to increase product knowledge and pursue relevant certifications.

Requirements

• 10 years of working experience with a minimum of 7 years in functional consulting and solution architecture.
• Strong NetSuite ERP Financials solution implementation and/or administration experience.
• Full life cycle ERP implementation experience.
• Experience in developing end-to-end business process flows.
• Experience in defining and optimizing Order to Cash processes with customers.
• Experience in leading and managing business and functional design workshops with clients.
• Ability to be self-directed, multi-task, and lead others with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical skills and good communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.

• Experience with global or large solution integrators.

• Release management and/or Agile scrum master experience.
• Functional Certification with NetSuite or other ERP systems.
