The Functional Tester/Configuration Manager at Themis Insight is responsible for managing the configuration management process, conducting testing events, and providing functional support for deployment activities. This role requires collaboration with government stakeholders and involves developing training materials, coordinating documentation reviews, and ensuring the successful implementation of configuration changes.

  • Conduct the configuration management process, including baseline change ticket management and configuration control board execution.
  • Coordinate baseline change documentation reviews.
  • Develop training and instructional materials to supplement baseline change deployments.
  • Conduct test events with Government stakeholders and facilitate approval of enhancements.
  • Coordinate functional requirements gathering and provide input to design.
  • Conduct configuration workshops and provide input to existing configuration management process.
  • Complete and maintain configuration.
  • Develop test scripts.
  • Conduct internal testing, data seeding, and test preparation for Government Acceptance Test events.
  • Conduct troubleshooting, issue identification, and resolution.
  • Provide functional support for deployment activities.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in preparing for and conducting internal and stakeholder test events.
  • Minimum of 2 years in procurement software experience.
  • Experience in configuration management.
  • Experience with developing and/or reviewing functional system documentation, including requirements, design, and training documents.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite desktop applications, specifically MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience briefing, including executive meetings, organization, and multiple stakeholder groups.
