Fund Services - Private Equity Product Development Manager

About the position

The Product Development Manager will be responsible for creating a strategic plan, long term vision and execution plan of the Private Equity systems. This person will be responsible for all aspects of the investor life cycle processing including investor activities, private investments, rebalancing, liquidations including waterfall calculations and rebalancing. This will involve gathering feedback from clients and internal stakeholders, perform competitor analysis, drive the strategic direction, define priorities, manage development plans, and define and manage client rollout strategies and plans.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree with an in-depth technical knowledge of processing and accounting of private investment activities.
• 10 plus years of experience in private equity industry in product development or operations.
• Ability to interact with clients at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills including data analysis and data mapping.
• Experience in working closely with development team to execute on the platform strategy.
• Team player with ability to work with global cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
• Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment and ability to work under time constraints using time management and organization skills.
