About the position

The Funder position at TEKsystems involves reviewing and indexing documentation submitted by borrowers or third parties in an electronic format. The role requires high levels of speed and accuracy in identifying documents and assigning them to the correct loan numbers. This full-time position operates Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, and is essential for maintaining the efficiency of the mortgage processing team.

Responsibilities

• Review documentation sent by borrowers or third parties in electronic format.
• Identify the type of documentation and assign it to the correct loan number.
• Complete data entry of documents with high accuracy.
• Meet performance measures of indexing 25-50 items per hour with minimal errors.

Requirements

• Previous mortgage background preferred.
• Ability to learn quickly about different mortgage documents if no prior experience exists.
• Strong data entry skills, particularly alpha-numeric data entry.
• Basic office and administrative skills.
• Good team player with a willingness to learn.
