Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored loan solutions.
• Manage existing client portfolios.
• Utilize CRM to manage client interactions, track sales progress, and analyze market trends.
• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on market penetration and sales techniques.
• Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
• Prepare presentations and reports that highlight product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies relevant to the loan market.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales is preferred.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer engagement strategies.
• Proficiency in Client Retention Software and other programs is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills related to the role.
