About the position

The Fundraising and Marketing Manager at Waianae Coast Comprehensive Health Center is responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance fundraising, community engagement, and marketing efforts for ʻElepaio Social Services. This role involves managing donor relationships, organizing fundraising events, and overseeing marketing initiatives across various platforms to raise the organization's visibility and support its mission.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement fundraising strategies for ʻElepaio Social Services.
• Manage donor relationships and coordinate outreach initiatives.
• Organize fundraising events to engage the community.
• Oversee marketing efforts across various communication platforms.
• Collaborate with the communications team to ensure consistent messaging.
• Build strong community ties and foster partnerships to support the organization's mission.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fundraising and marketing required.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in social media management, graphic design, marketing, fund development, web design and strategy, data collection and analysis, public relations or related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher, and Adobe Creative Suite software including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom, Acrobat Pro, and Flash Professional required.
• Knowledge of publication design, graphic layout, and printing required.
• A current Hawaii State Driver's License and daily access to an automobile is required.
