The Furniture Inspector/Call Center Representative is a part-time role focused on delivering exceptional customer service while inspecting furniture for quality assurance. Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming calls and electronic messages from customers in a professional manner.
  • Inspect furniture for quality assurance, ensuring all items meet company standards.
  • Schedule deliveries and service calls, maintaining accurate customer records.
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns, providing timely follow-up and solutions.
  • Document all customer interactions and concerns in the company's operating system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer service and resolve issues.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge and performance.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and quality standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service or retail experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other operating systems.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in furniture inspection or quality control.
