You Move Me is seeking enthusiastic Furniture Movers to join our team in Portland, OR. This role is ideal for students and individuals looking for part-time or full-time opportunities. The primary responsibility is to assist with home and office moves, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our customers. We provide paid training, making this an excellent entry-level position for those without prior experience.

Responsibilities

• Driving a box truck to transport items.
• Setting up the house with protective gear.
• Disassembling and reassembling furniture as needed.
• Wrapping furniture in plastic and blankets for protection.
• Packing and unpacking items in customers' homes.
• Loading and unloading boxes and furniture from the truck.
• Providing excellent customer service throughout the moving process.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older to qualify for trucking insurance.
• Valid driver's license or DOT certification with a good driving history.
• Ability to lift and move heavy boxes and furniture throughout the day.
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
