About the position

As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) at ComForCare West Linn, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients' desire to live independently in their own homes. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18 to $23, depending on experience. We prioritize matching our caregivers with the right clients to ensure the best possible care experience. Our caregivers are the heart and soul of our organization, and we are committed to treating them with respect and dignity while providing exceptional training and support. In this role, you will be responsible for providing companionship and personal care assistance to clients, which includes tasks such as transfers, toileting, bathing, dressing, and feeding. You will also manage medication services by reminding clients to take their medications and assisting with administration as needed. Our caregivers are expected to embody core qualities such as calmness, dependability, respectfulness, compassion, caring, and a drive to make a difference in the lives of others. We offer flexible care schedules to accommodate your needs, and you will receive ongoing paid skills training, including paid CNA training. Additionally, our caregivers can earn year-end bonuses, financial performance incentives, and referral incentives.
