About the position

As a Client Solutions Director at iCrossing, you will be responsible for a portfolio of clients and its' strategy, client satisfaction, revenue growth and profitability. You will identify clients' goals and pain points and present complex solutions that align with iCrossing's offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Sole accountability for a POD of clients or large integrated client including the client strategy, tactics, forecasts, budget, projections, and performance metrics.
  • Initiate and develop senior level contacts. Able to build relationships at all levels within target client organizations, including lower and middle managers, and business and technical staff.
  • Understand our clients' implicit and explicit needs and match iX capabilities against our clients' needs.
  • Identify client business problems, articulate and coordinate complex business solutions to them and create compelling storytelling presentations and communications that win business.
  • Articulate business problems, develop and present complex solutions to all audiences in order to draw out the key insights in a compelling way.
  • Engage in white board sessions and innovation briefings.
  • Proactively create pursuits, convert them into opportunities or outbound RFP's and close them as revenue streams.
  • Assigned individual annual revenue growth target.
  • Develop synthesize data-led strategic account intelligence by expanding and deepening client relationships with current and potential stakeholders around innovative/novel solutions to address their most challenging business opportunities.
  • Navigate a complex stakeholder matrix and manage priorities accordingly.
  • Present complex solutions to all audiences and draw out the key insights in a compelling way to bring out the 'so what'.
  • Work closely with practices and delivery managers providing clear and precise briefing, interpreting the input and crafting a compelling story from the output.
  • Set a forward-looking vision for clients.
  • Proactively work to assure a highly engaged team staffed with top talent. Help to hire, retain, develop and engage top level talent that inspires the trust and confidence of our clients.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree, MBA is a plus
  • 6+ years of experience in client services/account management in digital marketing, consultancy, strategy field or client side marketing department
  • Proven track record for directly driving revenue
  • Excellent client management, expectation management, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent organization, communication and follow-up skills
  • Experience in digital marketing or solution consultancy
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong writing, grammatical and proofing skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Able to handle multiple projects, relationships, and tasks simultaneously
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Experience in web-related production is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
  • 3+ years managerial experience
