Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a positive and safe learning environment.
• Act as a liaison between the management team and the student body.
• Coach and support Future Professionals in their academic and attendance requirements.
• Monitor all school and student programs.
• Create and manage the education calendar, clinic floor staffing calendar, and annual team education training calendar.
• Ensure consistency with school policies and systems.
• Provide support for students and staff and develop improvement plans when necessary.
