The Future Project Manager at Southeast Restoration Group is responsible for guiding homeowners through the repair process, ensuring a detailed understanding of repair scopes, materials, schedules, and budgets. The role emphasizes exceptional communication and teamwork to achieve production goals while maintaining job profitability and fostering relationships with trade partners and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Guide homeowners through the repair process with a detailed understanding of the repair scope, materials, schedules, and budgets.
• Provide exceptional communication throughout the repair process to set expectations regarding quality and timelines.
• Maintain individual job profitability through awareness of scope at the work order level and effective documentation.
• Actively grow relationships with trade partners and vendors through personal investment and timely invoice approval.
• Utilize construction knowledge to help restore people's lives while repairing their property.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of construction management experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to utilize various technology platforms and devices for efficient customer service.
