About the position
The Future Talent - Services Sales Engineer position at Tetra Pak is part of an 18-month leadership development program designed for recent graduates. This role focuses on developing leadership skills and gaining extensive business knowledge in a global environment while contributing to the company's mission of making food safe and available everywhere. The position involves engaging with customers, analyzing sales opportunities, and supporting service delivery, all while fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture.
Responsibilities
- Participate in analysis and follow up of sales opportunities and promote services based on customer information.
- Conduct proposals, negotiate, and close deals with Services Key Account Managers and Services Account Managers.
- Manage customer relationships from an operational perspective and transactional sales through structured communication.
- Interact with customers daily to handle transactions, set up services, assist in ordering parts, and facilitate invoicing and follow-up receivables.
- Analyze and follow up on customer satisfaction results together with Services functions.
- Manage technical sales including all commercial activities and technical support related to plant components, spare parts, and upgrades.
- Lead communication and planning with customers for service and maintenance events, ensuring timely installation of mandatory re-building kits.
- Prepare service contracts, including calculation, planning, execution, and confirming resources for service delivery.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering or related engineering fields, Business Administration, Data Analytics or similar.
- Graduation between May 2023 and June 2025.
- Strong customer orientation and great interpersonal skills.
- A very analytical, data-driven mindset.
- Overall good computer skills.
- An outgoing personality and collaborative work style.
