About the position

The FX Project Manager will lead key technology projects focused on the modernization and implementation of FX trading platforms, particularly emphasizing iON FX solutions. This role involves overseeing project governance, process improvements, and ensuring regulatory compliance while driving cross-functional initiatives from strategy development through execution. The position requires a deep understanding of the FX business and the technologies that support it, ensuring successful project delivery that enhances efficiency and performance in FX trading operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage key technology projects focused on FX trading platform modernization and implementation.
• Oversee project governance and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives from strategy development through execution.
• Implement process improvements to enhance project delivery.
• Lead FX technology transformation projects, including system upgrades and iON platform implementations.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Capital Markets, particularly FX, with experience in FX Cash, FX Derivatives, and FX Modernization.
• Proven track record of leading FX technology transformation projects.
• Hands-on experience in managing iON FX implementations and system integrations.
