Responsibilities
- Hosting campus visits including guided tours and transporting guests to various appointments.
- Assisting with recruitment events by conducting tours, participating in student panels, and helping with event setup and tear-down.
- Greeting walk-in guests at the front desk, fielding phone calls, and performing clerical tasks as needed.
- Handling last-minute scheduling changes and ensuring general readiness to assist guests.
- Performing some data entry tasks.
Requirements
- Must be enrolled as a student at Friends University.
- Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Ability to be on their feet and walk for 45-60 minutes during tours.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
