About the position

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers - Tomball South is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. This role focuses on providing customized, one-on-one treatment for patients, helping them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life through personal attention, empathy, and professionalism. The position offers opportunities for personal and professional growth in a supportive environment without the stress of night, weekend, or holiday hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform new patient evaluations and examinations
• Determine necessary PT based on prescriptions, referrals, patient conditions, and records
• Plan, prepare, and administer treatment programs based on evaluation of patient data
• Evaluate and record the effects of treatment at various stages and adjust to achieve maximum benefit
• Provide education to patients on techniques for the continuum of care
• Keep timely documentation including but not limited to daily notes, weekly reports, initial evaluations, and discharge summaries
• Communicate with referring physicians

Requirements

• Current Texas PT license in good standing
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
• One year of experience in adult outpatient and clinical settings is preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with vestibular/post-concussion patient population is preferred but not required
• Passion for learning and working with vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall-risk patients
