Argos USA Concrete Ready Mix is seeking a dedicated and skilled CDLA or CDL B Local Ready Mix Concrete Truck Driver to join our team in Gainesville, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering concrete loads to various customers in the Gainesville area, contributing to a wide range of projects from residential homes to major commercial infrastructures. This position is non-union and requires the ability to operate a 9-speed or more manual transmission truck. It is essential that candidates reside within 30 miles of Gainesville to ensure timely deliveries and efficient operations. As a driver for Argos USA, you will enjoy the benefit of daily home time, allowing you to spend quality time with your family. Our compensation structure is competitive, with average weekly pay ranging from $840.00 to $1,300.00, depending on the number of loads delivered, which typically averages between 17 to 25 loads per week. We guarantee a minimum weekly pay of $760.00, and drivers can earn an additional $1.00 per hour when operating a manual transmission. We also offer bonuses, including a Driver Referral Bonus of $500.00 after 30 days and another $500.00 after 6 months, as well as an annual performance-based merit increase. Candidates must be registered with the FMCSA's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse and must pass a DOT pre-employment drug test, physical, MVR, national background screen, and agility test.
