In addition to security duties, the officer will provide information to visitors about museum rules and policies, direct them to various facilities, and report any security issues or environmental hazards to the appropriate personnel. Participation in training sessions related to safety, first aid, CPR, and emergency procedures is also a critical aspect of this role. The Gallery Services Officer may be called upon to assist in medical emergencies involving visitors or staff and is expected to complete appropriate reports as necessary.
