About the position

The Game Crew at the Milwaukee Brewers is a part-time role focused on enhancing the fan experience during home games and community events. Members of the Game Crew are responsible for engaging with fans, executing game day operations, and representing the Brewers brand both at the ballpark and during mascot appearances throughout the state. This position requires a friendly, outgoing personality and a commitment to creating memorable experiences for fans.

Responsibilities

• Interact with fans at Brewers games to create fun experiences throughout the ballpark.
• Brainstorm ideas for future activations, bits, and skits.
• Assist with the execution of theme and community nights.
• Assist with the execution of between-innings promotions.
• Assist in the setup and execution of all pre-game and in-game ceremonies and activations.
• Lead the preparation of the entertainment office prior to all home games, including printing schedules and stocking supplies.
• Help with the execution of weekend performances such as drumlines and clowns.
• Partner with the Milwaukee Brewers Street Team to plan, execute, and represent the Club at public, private, and community events.
• Provide additional assistance to the Entertainment Team on off days.

Requirements

• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must have reliable transportation and live in the Milwaukee area year-round.
• Candidates must be willing to commit to 75% of Brewers home games during the regular season.
• Candidates should be extremely friendly, outgoing, energetic, and have a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
• Candidates must conduct themselves in a professional manner and respond quickly and thoughtfully to any situation.
