About the position

The Game Master at Ace of Escape is responsible for providing an engaging and supportive customer experience in an escape room environment. This role involves greeting customers, explaining the escape room concept, and assisting them with puzzles. The Game Master will work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring that customers have a memorable experience. Candidates must be committed to at least one year of employment and be available for communication via group messaging applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and introduce them to escape room entertainment.
• Learn and understand escape room puzzles to assist customers effectively.
• Manage the customer experience, working both independently and with team members.
• Provide support during events and handle any conflicts that may arise.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience in guest services and cash handling.
