As a Customer Service Assistant (Games Host), your primary responsibility will be to run our skill games while delivering exceptional customer service to our guests. You will ensure that guests have a fantastic experience playing our games. Your role will involve interacting with guests, explaining the rules of play, handling payments, and distributing prizes. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the games unit and surrounding area, following park policies and procedures, and engaging in visual merchandising to enhance interest and excitement around the games. This position requires a commitment to safety and a positive, energetic personality. You will need to be available to work various shifts, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
