The Games Attendant position is a part-time role focused on providing excellent guest service and managing game operations at Traders Village. This position is specifically for weekends only and requires strong cash management skills, as well as the ability to engage with guests effectively. The role involves understanding game processes, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a fun and safe environment for guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and manage game operations.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash management.
• Understand and operate all games effectively.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of plush toys in assigned games.
• Follow park safety guidelines and procedures.
• Assist other departments as needed when required.
• Check work schedule and arrive on time for shifts.

Requirements

• Must have excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working with money and making change.
• Understanding of how to operate all games in the department.
• Ability to work honestly and efficiently.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills are required.
• Physical ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
