Requirements
- Experience designing cohesive, engaging interactions across an entire ecosystem
- Hands-on experience contributing to creating different platform interactions
- Ability to be the sole design member of a team and manage workload independently
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and work on tight timelines with limited resources
- Passion or experience in a health, wellness, or fitness environment
- Flexibility to manage all types of design: wireframes, prototypes, MVPs
- Design experience within mobile/app, web, and hardware
- Strategic mindset to ideate with the team on product and business goals
- Startup experience
- Cross-functional work experience with engineering, strategy, solution architect, and research teams
