This full-time position offers on-the-job training and the opportunity to earn a competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $80,000 per year, with performance-based bonuses. Technicians will work closely with a reliable team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality standards in garage door repair services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior customer service during garage door repair and maintenance tasks.
• Participate in a paid on-the-job training program lasting 4 to 8 weeks.
• Work collaboratively with other technicians and office staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Be available for on-call duties and work overtime as needed, including weekends.
• Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to safety standards while operating company vehicles.

Requirements

• No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
• Exceptional work ethic and strong attendance record.
• Ability to lift and move inventory weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
• Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to high-quality service.
• Punctuality and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
