Responsibilities
- Support the team to maximize company sales and profitability.
- Maintain stockroom organization and manage inventory through shipment processing.
- Replenish sales floor and fulfill eCommerce orders.
- Assist with markdowns and merchandising to enhance customer experience.
- Contribute to optimizing inventory management and increasing customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 6 months of experience as a stockroom associate or in inventory management, preferably in retail.
- Passion for fashion and customer-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive approach to tasks and teamwork.
- Basic social media management skills.
- Computer skills and knowledge of mobile devices.
