The Team Leader at Garage is responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience and contributing to the overall success of the store. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, optimizing inventory management, and ensuring high standards of customer service and merchandising presentation. The Team Leader plays a crucial role in building long-term customer relationships and supporting the store manager in achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Responsibilities
- Promote a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Contribute to day-to-day store operations.
- Optimize inventory management and increase sales.
- Maintain brand and visual merchandising standards.
- Manage inventory through shipment processing and sales floor replenishment.
- Fulfill eCommerce order processing.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1 year of experience as a team lead in a retail environment.
- 2 years of retail experience is an asset.
- Passion for fashion and customer-oriented mindset.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to service.
