About the position

The Gardener position at True North involves the maintenance of commercial landscapes, ensuring high-quality work and customer service. Responsibilities

• Maintain job site as instructed by Foreman.
• Perform tasks such as mowing, raking, weeding, shearing, edging, and hand pruning.
• Safely operate landscaping equipment including 21” and 36” mowers, power hedge shears, and backpack blowers.
• Identify plants and perform basic hand pruning skills.
• Adhere to Monarch Safety Policy while operating vehicles and equipment.
• Follow company dress code and attendance policies.
• Complete all tasks within time expectations and report any issues to the Foreman.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Commercial landscape experience required.
• Valid Driver's License issued from state of employment required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Foreman and team members.
• Strong commitment to high quality of work and customer service.
• Ability to complete tasks assigned in a timely manner.

Nice-to-haves

• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
