About the position
The Fuel Attendant position at Rand Sun Inc. involves maintaining a clean and safe fuel island and retail environment while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities
- Collect money from patrons at a gas station.
- Dispense change and provide receipts to customers.
- Fill up tanks if asked and charge purchases to customers' credit cards.
- Collect and dispose of trash around the fuel island.
- Answer questions and provide directions as needed.
- Activate fuel pumps and wash windshields.
- Check fluid levels and air pressure in tires.
- Clean gas station bathrooms and maintain cleanliness of the fuel island.
- Count money in cash drawer and sweep and mop floors.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Good communication skills.
- Good personal grooming habits.
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift.
- Ability to use powered cleaning equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
