About the position

The Gas Controller I position at BHE GT&S involves monitoring and controlling the flow of natural gas through pipelines to ensure safe and efficient operations. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity of the gas transmission system and responding to any operational issues that may arise.

Responsibilities

• Monitor gas flow and pressure levels in pipelines.
• Control the operation of gas transmission systems.
• Respond to alarms and operational issues promptly.
• Coordinate with field personnel to ensure safe operations.
• Maintain accurate records of gas flow and system performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in gas operations or a related field preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
