About the position

The Gas Portfolio Manager at Honeywell will lead the product portfolio strategy for the Smart Energy & Thermal Solutions (SETS) business. This role focuses on defining and executing the product strategy, managing the product roadmap, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in product management, with a passion for driving innovation and growth in energy management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product portfolio strategy aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
• Lead the development and management of product roadmaps for the entire portfolio, outlining key initiatives, features, and enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive portfolio initiatives forward.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive threats.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, partners, and industry influencers.
• Monitor key performance metrics for the product portfolio, including revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive innovation within the product portfolio by identifying new market opportunities and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of expertise in managing a portfolio of products, projects, and investments.
• Proven track record in portfolio performance management and lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of Master Data Management.
