About the position

The Gas Sales Support Intern position at Constellation Energy Generation, LLC. is a full-time summer internship designed for students pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields. Interns will work independently on projects that align with their academic background and career aspirations, culminating in a final presentation to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Work independently on assigned projects related to Gas Sales Support.
• Assist with 360 Feedback documentation for current team members.
• Provide DEI content for monthly meetings.
• Participate in projects led by the Sales Strategy and Enablement team.
• Prepare materials for the annual Business Development Specialist Summit.
• Maintain accuracy of the customer contract database.
• Gain insight and training on basic BDS account setups in Salesforce.
• Assist with ad hoc requests for process improvements.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's program in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• Proof of enrollment in a qualifying Bachelor's or Master's program for the duration of the internship.
• Minimum GPA of 2.8 cumulative and 3.0 in major.
• Track record of outstanding academic performance.
• Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
• Highly proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Flexibility and ability to work under daily deadlines.
