About the position

The Gas Station Team Member is responsible for the daily operations of the gas station, ensuring exceptional member service while adhering to safety and environmental standards. This part-time role involves monitoring gas station equipment, handling transactions, and maintaining cleanliness, all while providing a positive experience for members.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service and assist members with gas station transactions.
• Monitor gas station sales transactions and handle cash transactions when applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness standards of restrooms and perform custodial duties as needed.
• Monitor gas station reporting and perform checklist procedures, documenting any issues.
• Accurately perform all opening and closing procedures for the gas station.
• Regularly monitor and maintain gas station equipment.
• Oversee the fuel delivery process and perform required preparation procedures.
• Comply with safety, environmental, and security standards, informing management of any alarms.
• Perform cash drawer procedures including cash deposit, verification, and documentation.
• Conduct daily competitive price surveys to ensure posted prices match the POS system.
• Follow spill bucket and spilled material procedures, including immediate response and cleanup.
• Log all visitors and obtain proper ID before allowing access to the kiosk area.
• Maintain all club policies and procedures and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous gas station operating experience preferred.
• Experience operating a cash register preferred.
• Must be able to complete all required training.
• At least 18 years of age.
