Skagit Regional Health is seeking a Gastroenterologist to join a well-established practice in Mount Vernon, WA. This role involves collaborating with a team of experienced physicians and physician assistants, providing high-quality care to patients, and contributing to the community's health. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of 5 physicians and 2 PAs.
• Assist with consults, follow-up clinic appointments, and patient overflow.
• Share weekly call among providers for clinic and hospital consults.
• Practice in a new clinic and Endoscopy Suite at the Mount Vernon Surgery Center.
• Utilize inpatient Endoscopy units at Skagit Valley Hospital.
• Support a thriving referral network from in-house primary care providers.
• Engage in teaching opportunities with medical students and residents.

Requirements

• Graduate from an ACGME accredited fellowship program.
• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Gastroenterology.
• 2+ years of experience preferred; new graduates welcome to apply.
• Active Washington State license or ability to obtain one.
• Focus on quality of care, patient experience, and collaboration.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a high-volume practice setting.
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR platform.
