About The Position
As a Physician in Gastroenterology at Intermountain Health, you will be part of a nationally recognized health system dedicated to helping people live the healthiest lives possible. This role involves working collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals who are committed to providing quality care and an excellent patient experience. You will be part of an employed Medical Group specializing in Gastroenterology, addressing the strong community need for increased access to GI and Endoscopy care. The practice model emphasizes teamwork among physicians, advanced practice providers (APPs), and nursing staff across clinic and endoscopy locations. The organization is committed to supporting you in building your GI practice effectively. In this position, you will practice at the Alta View Gastroenterology Group in Sandy, UT, where you will have access to advanced technology, including DaVinci robots, and privileges at Alta View Hospital. The call requirement is 1:4, and you will only take calls at the Park City location. On average, you will see between 16 to 22 patients per day in the clinic, ensuring a dynamic and engaging work environment. Intermountain Health offers a competitive salary with production incentives, a $50,000 sign-on bonus, and up to $20,000 in relocation assistance based on distance.
